This one is giving me a headache....just curious if anyone can make any sense of the first three questions & solutions from this link considering the data given?

I don't see how they are getting the results given that data (no changes in prices from pt 1 to 2 and only a change of $1 from pt 2 to pt 3). Is it an error on their part or a fundamental misunderstanding on my side?
