Students will be able to request a change to their enrollment plan, Comprehensive Tuition Plan, or Per Credit Tuition Plan, within ninety days from the start of their current year of service. The written requests must be sent to bursar@tesc.edu. Once received the Bursar's Office will change the enrollment plan and recalculate any tuition and fees if necessary.

Sort of. You can switch to the comprehensive because it's not going away. But the EO option is gone after 4/1. The Bursar's Office told me if I wanted to do EO, I should do it ASAP and before 3/31.

Right, I'm asking about switching out of EO come 4/1 (given the new catalog for my degree program doesn't suck) to per-credit so I can save money with the residency waiver.

You have to ask the bursar to find out if that is a refund situation or not when you switch.

You're also right about getting the cost down by using Saylor, ALEKS, and free courses. As well as knocking out StraighterLine courses quicker than one every two weeks, and some CLEPs that are worth 6 credits. I just used $100 a course/exam for estimation purposes.

They have very specific requirements. Their general education requirements are more specific than the ones at most other schools.

It works much better than going through MyEdison. MyEdison seems to scrape it's data off of this one, and gets confused at times. Thanks to whoever mentioned the "Program Evaluation" menu option. It's much better formatted than my Academic Evaluation even though it has almost the exact same content.

Ah thanks. I'd never used this before, it does look like they're basically the same thing.

It was me who mentioned "program evaluation" but be careful. There are discrepancies between it and the "academic evaluation" as I mentioned, which is why I brought it up. The academic eval says my "Overall GPA" is met and just says I don't have (or need?) a TESC GPA, while the "program evaluation" says I've met the "Institutional GPA" but not the "Overall GPA" and indicates I need a 2.0.

Between reading the info and rereading the updates of info I figure I would add to the clarity request questions with my own.

If someone has transferred in 120 credits (zero credits taken at TESU) and the schedule is to graduate in June. Can someone please confirm the best option:

Enrollment Plan ($3,296) vs Per Credit Tuition Plan ($2,000 waiver + ?)

Looking for confirmation if the Per Credit Tuition Plan represents an actually savings over the Enrollment plan of $1,296 or is $2,000 waiver fee plus an enrollment fee.

Thanks...

The new Per Credit Plan is definitely cheaper than the Enrolled Options Plan. The application fee ($75) is the same for both, the graduation fee ($323) is the same for both, but there is no additional fee for the PC plan other than the waiver ($2,000). The EO plan has the $3,296 enrollment fee plus the Technology Services fee ($131) for a total of $3,427.

Not sure about the plan to graduate in June, the deadline is April 1 to submit the app, so I can't imagine that if you haven't already applied and that you have time to do that? And if you already applied and are on the EO plan, how you would be able to switch at this point? Not sure if you're asking about that or not.
