You just register in TEL for the courses you need.
Any other university could have admission requirements, just as TESU, English and pre-requisites, for example.
I understand, so it's better to contact the university when you want to do a course with them, I appreciate all the help

Basically... If there are known equivalents on the WIKI, then there shouldn't be a problem, or if there are known equivalencies from the provider. Otherwise, it's best to make sure the provider has a class that can transfer before taking it. Generally, having these on a partner university transcript (that is RA and not NA unless it has ACE/NCCRS recommendation for credit) will transfer.
