Hi again. I heard back from the professor a little while ago. She CC'd the Associate Dean of the business school and has expressed appreciation for being contacted about this.
I wanted to mention this in the public forum as I contacted Edgewood after regular hours on Friday, and they responded on Saturday, which shows me they really care about their students.
She mentioned that there have been a couple of recent additions so to look into it she will need your information. If you could private message me with your name and contact information, I will pass it along and the two of you can sort it out from here.
Have a great weekend.

Hope everything goes well, seems like you've got login issues due to some account issues or conflicts somewhere. You might also want to try another browser in an incognito window or in a private window, sometimes it's the browser causing issues...
Hi,
I did try the tech support, but don't actually have access to the emails of the professors. Only UpGrad people who now tells me I have to give them more time til 8th Apr. I have contacted them since 29th Mar
I'll try the incognito mode and see if that helps. Thank you so much for your help.

Hey all. Course 10 marks came in. This one was on Leading Change and it had a fair amount of carryover from the course prior to it (Organizational Leadership) so I found it a little easier than most. There was a series of quizzes and one major assignment. The instructor was responsive and good to work with. I'm about 10 days into my final course before the dissertation and all is going well so far. I'm getting a little bit excited for the next stage of things.
See you all in another month or so when I get my final marks!

I would be interested to learn more about the tech and AI concentration, but it doesn't appear anywhere on the Edgewood College DBA website. What kind of courses are they offering?
MS, Data Science, Eastern University
ALM, Information Technology, Harvard University
AB, Government, Georgetown University
In Progress: MS, Computer Science, Georgia Institute of Technology (Projected Completion 2027)

You should check out Middle Georgia State University's Doctor of Science in Information Technology since you have a data and IT background. I read good things about it on Reddit.

Hello mcjon77,
The Tech and AI concentration is new from my understanding. I opted for this concentration as I am a programmer and work in a technical field with AI for the past three years.
I was sent a brochure, but that seems too big to upload here.
I asked UpGrad for more details on this and here is what they sent me.
Tech and AI
1. Cloud Computing for Strategic IT Leadership: This course equips senior leaders with the advanced knowledge and practical skills required to design, deploy, and manage scalable IT infrastructures using cloud computing technologies. Participants will explore the latest advancements in cloud architecture, virtualization, and data management while learning how to ensure robust security measures and cost-effective solutions. Through case studies and hands-on projects, this course will enable learners to lead the implementation of cloud-based strategies that drive business agility and operational efficiency in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
2. Building and Scaling Tech Products: This course delves into the intricacies of IT product design and management, focusing on the intersection of technology, user experience, and business strategy. Participants will learn to oversee the lifecycle of IT products from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands. Emphasizing innovative design thinking and agile management practices, the course prepares leaders to navigate the challenges of product development in a competitive and fast-paced environment. Through real-world scenarios, learners will develop the strategic and technical acumen to lead cross-functional teams in the creation of impactful and market-ready IT solutions.
3. AI and Machine Learning for Leaders: This course provides a comprehensive exploration of artificial intelligence and machine learning, focusing on their application in enhancing organizational efficiency and driving innovation. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of predictive models, algorithm design, and the integration of AI and ML into business processes. The course emphasizes the strategic use of AI/ML technologies to solve complex problems, forecast project success, and create competitive advantages. By the end of the course, leaders will be equipped with the skills to implement AI-driven solutions that transform business operations and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
One of the professors mentioned in the Edgewood College brochure is "Dr. John Henry, with 20+ years in AI and machine learning, is Principal Data Scientist at Mitsui Sumitomo, CEO of Story Makers, holds a Ph.D. in Statistics, and has taught at multiple universities."
I am assuming he will be part of the Tech and AI faculty.
I also asked if the specialization will be mentioned on the degree. I was told it will be mentioned in the transcripts.
Hope this helps.

I have Dr. Henry right now for one of the emphasis courses. He's very bright, personable, and has a lot of experience in a variety of environments. I'm on the leadership track myself, but I imagine he will be a strong asset to the Tech and AI specializations.
