Could LSU be an option? LSU's Independent and Distance Learning Mathematics Courses
I hear the minimum time one can complete is 6 weeks, though 9 months is the max. Price is about $400 per course.
EDIT: I forgot... It's my understand that a Proctor is required for at least the Midterm and Final.
