I appreciate you finding that for me. But I am going to see about testing or hope that Penn Foster offers something for this class because this class runs about $850.00 in total when all charges are done, that I just dont have.
But thank you kindly. Big Grin

What did you end up with for ALEKS trig on your TESC evaluation?

Thats the thing they said it fell on a duplicate and they didnt give it to me. I was going to call them again and bother them. But to be honest I have lost hope with this school and I have not even started day one. If these people hate their jobs so much why dont they quit. I cant even get them to give me an advisement appointment. I cant wait to finish out this semester of DEC that is about to start. That will be the only credits I need through them. I took a total of 3 classes 12 credits.

So i called TESC and spoke to some DR guy in evals and he said that my trig was never used but sees it in there. Then tried saying they used it for my calculus and I said that one that doesnt make any sense. Because calc and trig are total different math's. then I said how can you sub one for the other.
So, he said that he would have them check it because it seems they never included it and it should be in general electives. So hopefully tomorrow I will have my eval done over again and that added in. If not I will keep you updated on the latest lies and reasons.

Ok here is the email from them this morning.
Dear Mr.
I have researched and had conversation with our evaluation
team and have determined that the trigonometry work that you did
sufficiently overlaps the academic work that you did in Pre-Calculus.
Therefore, we can not give credit twice for the same work

So, now what can I do? Because that still doesnt add up to me. I dont understand how pre-calc and trig are the same but what ever.
So, is there any Aleks that I have not taken that would fit in there or would they only say the same?
I just finished my Spanish Clep today and got all 12 credits. Big Grin But that is going towards my humanities and General education electives leaving me 3 credits left for general education electives.

What about doing Aleks Business Stats since you passed the other two Stats courses you must have a complete handle on the formulas. Just a thought and its cheap. Smile

Thank you. It was hard because my focus time is not capable of staying alert that long. Last 10-20 questions I just clicked next I couldnt take it anymore.
Wish I could control that and I would take more cleps .. hilarious
This lady in the other room decided she wanted to start using some machine making noises to.
Anyway, lets see what they say about aleks.
