I will keep everyone updated on some research I am doing about UCAM as it relates to possible validation of ENEB/Isabel I. I have contacted them regarding MCA Business School's validation offer. We know that MCA Business School's validation diploma is a worthless piece of paper but if UCAM is a partner with them, it may be possible to have the validated Masters issued as an additional propio or official through UCAM.

Edit Reason: typo
)
Just took the first practice test for the first section of the ENEB MBA. I was indeed misregistered regarding Hotel/Tourism and am currently granted access to the final exam but barred access to the course material and course forum. Hoping they'll fix that this week. Here are my thoughts so far:
MBA:
On first glance, the curriculum seems standard. I haven't gotten an MBA anywhere else but I did study Business Economics, Business Accounting, Business Management etc at trade school in Europe and this covers several of the same topics.
I took generous notes and took the first section's practice test right after reading that section of the material in one day, but there was simply content on the section test that was not discussed in that section of the MBA curriculum. That, or perhaps some of the questions/possible answers were so incoherent (see below) I didn't know what they were referring to. I did pass the test on the first go, but with 70%.
Some of the wording on the test questions is very confusing, at times I'm wondering what exact answer they want. I am assuming this is a Spanish to English translation problem on their end. There are several minor English errors in the curriculum itself, such as singular-plural mismatches ("the answer are" instead of "the answer is" or "the answers are"), incorrect use of the definite article ("the"), and a lack of pronoun, dummy pronoun ("it" in "It's raining"), or clarifying noun ("is the strategy" instead of "is the company's strategy") etc. where a native English speaker would put one. All this leads to some confusion and incoherency, which is manageable in the curriculum text when you read it as a whole, but can become more difficult when it comes to the quizzes. This may be a non-issue for non-Native English speakers or at least people who know a Romance language.
The following is an example (I am purposefully not sharing anything that could be deemed as real course content):
(ENEB's version of the quote) "What do you want to achieve or avoid? The answer to this question are the goals. How will you achieve the desired results? The answer to this can be called the strategy." - William E. Rothschild
(Google's version of the quote): “What do you want to achieve or avoid? The answers to this question are objectives. How will you go about achieving your desired results? The answer to this you can call strategy.” - William E. Rothschild
Note how, for example, "the strategy" in ENEB's version leads an English native to think "What or whose strategy? Strategy for what? Oh I guess it must mean company strategy", meanwhile "you can call strategy" in Google's version makes it clear we mean "the vocabulary word 'strategy". Lots of these small details add up to making the text more difficult to follow than it should be. I'm not sure how clear I'm making this to anyone from a non-linguistics background but I hope the above illustrates my point. I don't know if they have Spanish versions of the curriculum available but my account only has access to English ones if so.
The curriculum text itself sort of reads like a bunch of cliff notes for the subject jumbled together. It gets the job done but makes things feel more redundant or confusing than they need to be. For example there will be say 3 paragraphs scattered throughout the text that say the same thing (something like "Businesses need to adapt to threats from competitors"), or it will immediately jump into a new topic without an introduction, then what feels like the introduction will appear later on in the text. The whole thing could be made more concise and organized. However, as stated, it does contain real information and it gets the job done.
Business Spanish:
The Beginner and Intermediate sections seem like typical Spanish courses you'd take at any high school or college, not specifically for business. The Advanced section is Business Spanish, with stuff like examples of product request Emails. I'd go through a free course or two at Masstercursos, read US gov websites in Spanish, etc by running everything through a dictionary, then after getting to a good "I can read Spanish!" point and watching a few Disney movies in Spanish, I'd go finally through these ENEB lessons to get the certificate.

It's really no different than Western Governors University in terms of grading on a Pass or Fail system. I don't think ENEB is currently offering the exam option as I don't see it anywhere on the revamp of their website.
The link they sent me to register for the exam version still works.
At the beginning it showed a price of 400 soles (100 US dollars), and now it shows 1200 soles (300 US dollars).

All of this is part of why I abandoned the program. I still have access, but I have not found it to be valuable for me. I don’t have time to sort out translation issues. I would rather go with another option entirely. In the cheap category, HAU, UoPeople, or Saylor’s upcoming MBA program would all be better options. Followed by the Thunderbird 100 ML certificate, even though it has a very slow roll out. Of all of those, I am definitely doing the Thunderbird and Saylor programs even if I don’t need them.

FYI... The MCA Business School's validation does allow for those who decide to get it after graduating from one of the Master's programs in ENEB to request a Master Titulo Propio diploma from UCAM which means that the MCA validation diploma is affectively a Master's "own" degree if you decide to go this route. I don't know if MCA Business School validation recipients even knew this but based on the email reply I just received from UCAM, you can receive UCAM's own degree since MCA Business School is one of their partners. I guess it wouldn't be a total waste of money since you actually can get an additional degree without additional coursework awarded from a school with a higher ranking than Isabel I.

Interesting. If it grants both transcripts and a titulo propio from UCAM (and not just MCA or ENEB), that might be more useful for validation purposes than the Isabel I degree with ENEB transcripts?

If UCAM give you the transcript and degree in its own name it can be interesting for some people. The transcript here is the key.

And that would be the only thing that would make it worthwhile, because without a transcript you've got almost nothing in the United States. But with the MCA deal (which I can't believe ENEB is still doing, smh), even with a transcript it would still just be considered an unaccredited degree in the U.S. since MCA is not accredited. For that reason, a student is just better off sticking with ENEB and getting a "U.S. Non-accredited" evaluation from WES and saving the extra cost of going with the MCA deal.

I think the MCA Business School is a shell to cloak partnerships with UCAM. UCAM has a lot of partnerships which is making them a lot like Azteca and UCN which are lower-ranked schools in comparison. I just replied back to UCAM's email inquiring about rather or not they issue transcripts for their Propio degrees. If UCAM in fact does issue its own transcripts for programs they certify outside of their school, the MCA validation deal would be somewhat beneficial.

Sounds like a big unnecessary circle where you still end up with the same thing at the end of the day…. Just each school gets money from you to print a piece of paper. So you earned a propio…. MCA gives you another paper that says…. Yup, it’s a propio…. Then UCAM says yup, we agree…. It’s a propio. And Isabel I is there saying…. Yes… we told you from the start that it’s a propio.
This whole thing sounds more and more convoluted by the day.
