Has anyone taken the EC Bioethics exam? I need another UL arts & sciences course and this is the most interesting to me. I have taken their Ethic's Theory and Practice exam and scored a B. I have also spent many years in the medical field. If you have taken this please let me know if you think this is a doable exam. I'm trying to get this degree done by the end of October.
Thanks in advance.

I emailed an EC student who took this one and he said it was pretty tough (all relative of course). I'm not sure how long he studied for the exam, but I know he has some experience with the subject matter since he works in hospital administration. His exam emphasized environmental ethics more than he had anticipated- he scored a B. I have his notes. If you'd like them, just me a PM with your address.

I didn't end up taking this exam, but I can recommend that you look at Lisa Arends notes on Ebay and also Yahoogroups has several EC student forum boards, some nursing specific others not. I would recommend that you sign up for some of those as they often have study files you can access and you can also get feedback from students that have taken this exam. Good luck!

thanks mariane, I am in 2 of those groups. not much info on bioethics since very few people do it. i bought 101 note for ethics , it does have some bioethics but not much. i did not like lisa a note for nursing, so did not buy those. and look at the price of ref book ec recommends!! i am worried since ec does not have practice exam for it. i found bunch of good notes in net but still not good mcq. this will be first exam without mcq practice. i have schedule for 10th jan and hope i pass!

just wanted to update! I passed today but with c. anyway time to move. it is difficult test. i brought 3 books from library but did not read any. mostly read wiki and random questions that u get in google search. lots of envirionmental ethics questions and at least 6 of long cases with questions as in ec study guide. just want to share=
Ethical Decision Making. this cme is really good. no need to pay and take cme but question are good . there is explanation after each question.
Student Resources. these questions are good.
