Does Excelsior College/Charter Oak accept TECEP

With my kids actively testing out and with us living overseas most of the time TECEP is a good option since there is a online proctoring. However would Excelsior College accept these? We are supposed to be able to do UEXCEL in Panama however they have not worked out very well yet. So will Excelsior accept these for test out credit? I do see that Charter Oak will accept TECEP exams

CLEP and DSST are a NOGO here for sure. But they do take them while in the USA visiting.
