Does Excelsior Business Strategy capstone cover an upper level requirement?

I only need 3 upper level business credits and I was wondering if when I take my capstone if I will be awarded 3 upper level credits thus killing 2 birds with one stone. May sound silly, but I just want to verify that when it says I need 21 upper level business credits, that it includes the capstone in the 21.
