Does COSC still take Shmoop?
#1
Got a friend who just applied to COSC and is transferring in something like 90 credits from a Texas university, two CLEPs, and the two Sophia courses. But we're thinking Shmoop would be best for the rest if it's still an option?

As far as I know, TESU is the only one of the big 3 that no longer accepts Shmoop courses for credit. So both COSC and Excelsior should be fine. Just keep in mind that most (all?) of the Shmoop courses are ACE recommended as lower-level credit, though TESU had previously evaluated some of them as UL.
Working on: Debating whether I want to pursue a doctoral program or maybe another master's degree in 2022-23

Complete:
MBA (IT Management), 2019, Western Governors University
BSBA (Computer Information Systems), 2019, Thomas Edison State University

Thanks, yeah. I remember seeing COSC had a requirement of something like 30 UL credits, in which case he should be fine, unless there's some pretty obscure requirements. He's just looking at the GenEd BAs though

Please let us know about COSC and Shmoop once they evaluate your credits.
