Does Amberton accept the following VESi course from SUU?

I wanted to see if anyone knew if this 2-graduate credit course from Southern Utah University (taken through VESi) would transfer as graduate credit towards Amberton's Prof. Dev. MA Degree:

EDUC 5535-520: Harassment, Bullying & Cyber-Intimidation in Schools

I've read conflicting things on this forum about VESi and Amberton:

Someone said Amberton will take ANY course through VESi as long as you take them with a RA school who has transcribed them as GRADUATE SEMESTER ACADEMIC CREDIT (which SUU does)

But then someone else said it has to be COUNSELING courses specifically.
