There is only a one time residency requirement at UMPI. After that, it's just about completing whatever courses are needed. For example, the first time you do a bachelors at UMPI, you can transfer in 90 credits, but you must do 30 credits with them. For the second, third, fourth, and so on, there is no minimum requirement. You could transfer in all the credits needed and complete the degree that way. You would just have to pay for that semester to be eligible to graduate. I did Rowan since it's nearby and because that is where I started when I graduated high school. I was a community college student for almost 7 years before graduating.

This is totally incorrect regarding UMPI. Once you graduate with one Bachelors degree, if you want to enroll again for a Second Bachelors degree, you have to complete another 30 semester hours in residence at UMPI. You cannot transfer in all of the degree requirements using alternative credit and just collect a second or third degree without meeting both the university redicence requirements AND the individual degree and/or minor requirements.
