This thread may be dead already, however I have an old style manual Nordic Track Ski machine, and take 1 hour the AM for working out. I am currently out of work, so it's kind of OK, however to prep for return, I do it at 6am. I also have an old style TV (from 1994), which still has incredible picture, and works well, hooked up to Roku (Youtube), which I use to play classes I am studying for CLEP (also PMP, Agile and 6 Sigma), while I do this.

It kicked my butt, improved my conditioning and dropped some flab

They have us do this in boxing cardio classes.

I also do something similar before I do squat day or deadlift day.

something at home that requires no weights:

100's workout:

100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats
100 pulls ups

you dont have to do them in order, consecutively, or without rest. Just complete every rep and aim to have a faster overall time each workout you do.

I started this journey in the summer of 2016.  I hoped to be done sooner, but I am still proud of the rate at which I have gotten my schooling done with respect to the many months of military training and deployments I have undergone.

LOL.. everything is easy there except that last 1. 100 pull ups would be a challenge. What we talking about here? Wide grip, close grip, 1 arm, L sit? I need to work on my pullup gain.

additional
100 burpees
100 body deadlifts
100 lunges.
100 handstand pushups
100 dips
100 glute bridges
100 donkey kicks
100 Russian twist
100 hollow rocks
100 supermans

When I do this workout I do everything in sets of 25.
Pull-ups are usually mid to mid-close grip. Knuckles facing you. (Not chin ups).
By the last set of pull ups I am usually only able to get 20 so I hop off the bar. Get back on and do the last 5.

The slower you do each repetition the harder they are. cheersmate

I mainly stick with cardio. Running, Biking and doing some laps in the pool are my go-to's.

Kettlebells. Love swing around a big cannonball. Pretty versatile and small foot print.
