Do Penn Foster Grades Impact GPA?

Hello,

Penn Foster gets mentioned a lot as an option to fulfill certain TESC credit requirements. I understand that Penn Foster courses transfer into TESC as pass/fail and so do not impact my TESC GPA.

However, if I were to apply for grad school, I'd likely be asked for transcripts from all college-level academic institutions I've attended. The grad school would use these to calculate my total GPA. Would Penn Foster count as a college, making my Penn Foster grades count towards my total GPA?

I was thinking of doing Penn Foster until I found out I may be closer to a degree from TESC. I am attracted to their tuition cost, and amount of time I can study without feeling rushed. However, I doubt they have disciplines associated to my degree plan in aviation maintenance such as the higher math. First I gotta find out what Tesc will give me, then I can check it out more in detail.
