Other poster was correct about Eng 102 - all you need is Frankenstein (there are two versions, make sure you get the right one) and it's available for free online since it's public domain.
I took Medical Terminology and while I think you could get by with a different textbook, you'd have to check if you're able to use that textbook on the final exam (most SL final exams are open book, I thiiiiink Medical Terminology was one of them). If not, maybe look into getting an older version of the textbook.
For any of the humanities courses (I've taken: Western Civ I & II, Anthropology, Sociology, World Religions) definitely, definitely get the textbook they recommend.
