It looks like it's very limited availability and may only be open to Utah residents. But this could still be a good deal if you qualify. Books and whatnot are included in the price. Too late for fall but spring is only a few months away.

The program provides tuition assistance for short-term education to Utah residents whose employment has been affected by COVID-19.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, applicants must have:
- Completed high school (or equivalent) AND
- Been displaced, furloughed, laid-off, or underemployed due to COVID-19.
How much of the program is available only online?
Classes are primarily offered in the evenings on campus, with some classes available online. Click the “Learn More” link associated with each program for additional information.
Definitely need to be a Utah resident and one who was majorly impacted by COVID for this program. It's still a great program. Would be nice to see other states follow especially since some have been impacted far more than others.

Great find! I went ahead and applied to see what the process was and they want you to list ALL your colleges/schools attended and include official transcripts as part of the application process plus your highschool transcripts. I only listed 1 college and didn't send transcripts but I guess we'll see if they contact me.
Some of the programs split the fall semester into 2 blocks so someone could possibly get in on the second half of fall semester which starts 10/19.

It looks like a good deal but their courses are not entirely online.

Ugh, you would think with COVID they would have put it online.
