I contacted Parchment's print coordinator. They will send another one, will take 3-4 weeks.

Im curious if they told you it was a mistake or if thats their standard diploma. I just finished and ngl would be a bummer to receive that. In any case congrats on your degree!

Honestly, it's pretty clearly just a misprint where the wrong stock paper was used. At least one other person has clarified that they received a proper UMPI diploma from Parchment, and the OP has already straightened it out with Parchment. No need to be alarmed by this one off unfortunate error.

Acknowledge an error and have it documented, or send out the correct one without mention of an error...hmmm?

This is a classic example of how we sometimes choose to see what we want to see and miss the details. I did not notice how jacky the writing was on 'Bachelor of Art in Business Administration.' After reading your text, that is all I can see!
