HELP!!!!!! Old Transfer Credits

I want to finish my masters in ESOL (or TESOL) and I have completed 6 classes (18 credits). Can anyone tell me an online college or University that will accept 14 year old credits?

I attended Wilmington University in Delaware. They no longer offer the degree. I had to stop for family medical reasons. I have taken the following classes:
MRD 7801 - Language Development:  A
MDR 7802 - Process and Acquisition:  A
MLL 7402 - Second Language Acquisition:  A
MLL 7405 - Literature for ELL:  A
MLL 7401 - Structure of English...:  B+
MRD 7805 - Strategies & Techniques Teaching Reading:  A

Here's a program, you want to inquire about it to see what the max transfer of your credits are. It won't really matter, you can use your credits towards a doctoral program they offer later...
