If you need Spanish I & II for any reason, the first choice would be the CLEP option, if you're still in High School, then add AP to that. Otherwise, for those international options, IB for high schoolers. InstantCertCredit is great for that first course credit, but I don't think it'll prepare for Spanish II. Having said that, you may want to do 1 month of ICC, then 1 month of Study.com, it'll come out cheaper than going Study.com for two months...
In regards to taking a second course if you've got the time, Library Science 101 was a quick one... if you haven't taken it already. There is the Presentation Skills for the workplace as well, equally easy, short and no written assignments for either one.
