I live overseas so you would be shipping to APO address. All you have to do is fill out a customs form listing what is in the package. Very easy. the post office will help you!

I ordered mine from Abe Books and they shipped to my APO (AbeBooks Official Site - New & Used Books, Textbooks, & Rare Books) . Total cost was $17 ($10 for the book and $7 for the shipping). I received the book in about 9-11 days and it was in excellent condition. Abe Books sourced my book from A Book Heaven, San Diego so try searching for that seller.

If you decide to use Abe Books be sure to review the product descriptions and shipping conditions (like you would with Amazon) - some sellers won't ship APO others charge fortune for shipping and some books won't have an included CD or other extras. Mine didn't have the CD but I didn't need it anyway. Oh, 1 more thing - they sell lots of teacher additions of books and I'm not sure whats different about them compared the student books (beside the obvious - they have the answers) but maybe theres a difference, so double check the product descriptions.
