Definition of a Professional Test-Taker
#1
Okay, let's try this again....

I recently heard this phrase in a post, I believe, and have heard it at other other times as well. What I was wondering is this: How do we differ from PTTs? I'm not saying we are that, just wanting to have a good response handy. Wink

I read that phrase in my GRE Literature in English study guide. They were talking about how you wanted to get a good score the first time so that you didn't begin to look like a (gasp) professional test taker.

I don't see why we can't know lots about the materials we study AND be good at taking tests. Better score that way. Big Grin

I think what they mean is a person who takes same test over and over and eventually passes. The implication being that the person passed because they saw the same questions over and over. InstantCert would be the opposite, in that presumable most people here pass test on first go.
