Davar Academy Math May for $20

All Math All May for Only $20.

Davar Academy - Home

I need one more math. This looks to be a good deal. Anyone take a Davar Academy math? I took the international finance and passed.

TESU equivalencies:

Why not just do ALEKS for cheaper? ALEKS is $20 for the month and in a month, most people can complete 9+ credits, if they aren't bad at math.

There is also Shmoop math, which is worth it for anyone who needs the history credits or others.

I guess Davar's "Mathematics for Business" might come in differently than some of the other cheap math courses, but is probably not going to help with AoS courses.

Davar is recommended for cheap credits, I would only use them if there aren't many or if there are no other alternatives for credit.
They have some good business courses that aren't offered elsewhere, cheaply or at all. Those are the only ones I would go for.
And only if it's on that $20 special, haha... if you add the proctor fee using RPNow, it's $35 for 3 cheap credits of UL business!

Cool, but all the TESU BSBA business courses I need are at SL, Saylor, or study.com. So $85 when they're not on sale is a lot, but I hope to catch one or two on sale!

ALEKS is no longer ACE-approved (for now) so that's not an option.

Shmoop doesn't have course equivalencies for the math yet that anyone knows about, but I know for certain that you have to take Algebra I & II to get 3cr for Algebra (and we're not even sure if it's Intermediate Algebra or College Algebra). Also, there haven't been any reviews of it on here to let anyone know if it's well done or not.

Davar is just another option, can't hurt to put it out there for people.

And just an aside for anyone looking at WGU - they do not accept Shmoop credits. So if you're considering WGU as an option, I'd avoid Shmoop.
Here Researching for my son, who has done the following:
Community College: Intro to Philosophy, Fundamentals of IT, English Comp 1
Saylor: Intro to Business, Principles of  Marketing, Corporate Communication
Shmoop: US History 2 (WGU won't accept this)
ALEKS: Int. Algebra, College Algebra
Study.com: Personal Finance, Principles of Finance, HR Management, Global Business, Advanced Operations Management
Straighterline: US History 2, Environmental Science, US History, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, English Comp 2, Principles of Management, Business Law, Business Ethics, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Accounting 1,Communication, Managerial Accounting, Statistics
Ed4Credit: Managing Information Systems
Sophia: Project Management
WGU: Bachelors in HR Management

Second son is currently attending Penn Foster for his high school diploma, then on to Ashworth for An Associates in Criminal Justice
