Upon logging into the getcollegecredit.com, one of the messages displayed at the welcome screen is:
Please Be Advised
Beginning February 28 2017, we will introduce a $30 transcript fee for civilian students who request an official score result be sent to their designated educational institutions. This increase is caused by the continuing rise in the costs to run the DSST program in the market today. Thank you for your continued interest in DSST.
I asked via email to their customer service about what this was about, and was told that the $30 fee has been postponed until a later date.
I'll ask again for a better ETA.

Can we get the title of this changed? To "DSST transcript fee for non-military increasing to $30." Because it's not the testing fee.
BTW - it doesn't say this on the website now (2 hours after you posted). But when I look at the transcript request form, it does say $30. I'm wondering if this is to get a score sent to a school at the time of testing? Vs. it being free.

I saw this on the website a couple weeks ago, I was surprised no one posted about it here. I could've sworn I got an email about it too, but now I don't see it. I sure am glad I finished all my testing before this went into effect; it would've been a lot of money for me.

I've always had to pay a $30 fee to have my civilian DSST scores sent to a college or university. This doesn't sound like anything new to me.
