Hey I researched this like forever. I called DSST and the lady there said I coudn't. However she didn't know whether the BA11 plus was programmable or not. I called texas instruments, and they told me the BAII plus was not programmable. Just go to wikipedia and theyll give you a description of caluculators. The programable ones are really fancy. Also google programmable calculators, and I found one website that specified that the BAII plus was not programmable(i printed this and showed it to the proctor).Also, print the dsst sheet that says that calcuators are allowed on this test. A lot I think depends on your test proctor, I had a real nice one and she let me use it. Hope this helps.
