I tried to take a TECEP this morning and there was an error launching it.
ProctorU said to submit a ticket with TESU help desk, but no idea how to do that. I emailed the testing email and enrolledstudents email.
Anyone else have problems with taking a TECEP?
it's super annoying since I wanted to knock it out this weekend.
TESU is of course closed on the weekend, so it won't be resolved today

Hmm, just wondering what was the error message you got? Which course TECEP were you doing? Have you tried another browser? Did you make sure of adding *.tesu.edu to the popup blockers allow list for that particular browser?

We tried multiple browsers.
The error was:
Sorry, an unexpected error occured. Please try again.
Error 2147614729: Source: mscorlib
Description: Error occurred while decoding OAEP padding.

Sounds like a Microsoft windows profile issue if it's not a browser error. When/what did you click onto to get the error? I don't think their site is down, as I don't recall any emails in regards to them making upgrades or having updates put in place. If you have another laptop/desktop handy, test it on that secondary computer.

Yup, it's down. There is an issue on the exam provider side (Moodle or their partner site)...
I added a TECEP and got the same error message as you. You can see the URL is forwarded to another site.
You'll have to wait for TESU to get in contact with their provider to fix the issue or get it fixed internally.
FYI Here's a picture. Link:

"My apologies. We discovered this morning that Perception went down so no one was able to access the quizzes and exams. Once it’s working again I’ll let you know."
They don't seem to be in a hurry to fix it, lol.
