Do the questions on PV an FV on the Finance exam give you finance tables to work with or do you have to know the formulas and calculate your factors long hand?
Also, I assume that no financial calculators are allowed??

I took this test fairly recently and yes, the tables and a calculator are provided on the computer based test, and I know they have always been on the paper test. Financial calculators are not technically allowed on this exam, but the wording isn't very clear on the exam fact sheet and many test centers do not know, so many people have taken it with financial calculators.
