My thoughts exactly. Although, it wasn't my advisor that I talked to since I'm not enrolled. Just whoever answered the phone when I called. I can't believe that this is the only DSST that they won't accept. Hopefully the email response will show that it is a mistake. Maybe that's why they still haven't responded. Maybe they're looking into it.

OK, I talked to my CollegePlus! coach about this, she sent the question to CP! Research, and they found out from TESC that it was an oversight, and TESC still grants credit for the Civil War & Reconstruction DSST.

Just to put your minds at ease: we still accept the DSST Civil War and Reconstruction exam for credit. Apparently we had incorrect information that DSST would no longer offer it, so we removed it from our list. We are trying to figure out where that info came from. In the short term some of our staff may not be aware of the problem, but it will get sorted out. Sorry about the confusion.
