Where did you transfer Organizational Behavior from? Sophia.org doesn't offer it...

Jessica's telling you the required 12 credits missing are these (I posted them earlier for your management minor)
Bus 141 Intro to Project Management w/ Microsoft Projects
Bus 260 Leadership
Bus 321 Human Resource Management
Bus 415 Operations Management

These are the 12 in the core, you really need to decide what you want to do with your UL electives, are you planning to take random UL courses or would you rather have it go towards another minor or two?  The UL are different, it can be any 'junk' UL you want, from English, History, Political Science, to Accounting, Marketing, Management, MIS, PM, and whatever else they have in the Your Pace programs... For me, I think it's better to hit more minors OR hit courses you are interested in.

If you're going for the Project Management Minor and the MIS minor I mentioned earlier, I would NOT take the Sophia.org Project Management as that leads up to BUS 400 and BUS 401, it'll use a template you start in BUS 141 and extend from there... Having said that, you don't need to follow that step either, it'll just take a little longer to finish those two courses though... Again, decide what you want with the UL electives 'junk courses' or extra minor...

ok, i plan on just getting one bach, which is bls management minor. so then ill just pick junk/easy courses for my 300/400 electives. is there somewhere that can provide me easy courses to fulfill that area because jessica hasnt sent me the list of the courses i can take in that area. Also, is there an easy sophia course that can fullfil 300/400 elective?

Furthermore, you will be able to add the Project Management Minor and the Management Info Systems with just a little bit more work!  As a degree hacker, I created this file for anyone starting from scratch to do the BLS with triple minor... https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...#pid365771

If you're looking at your evaluation, you have the following to do at UMPI for the Management minor.
Bus 141 Intro to Project Management w/ Microsoft Projects
Bus 260 Leadership
Bus 321 Human Resource Management
Bus 415 Operations Management
** Take Bus 240 Change Management, put Bus 350 Business Law I into your 300/400 UL Electives

Your final 6 UL requirements comes from the UL MIS, PM requirements below
BUS 345: Database Management Systems
BUS 440: Business Analytics
BUS 343: Project Risk & Cost Management
BUS 400: Project Management Applications
BUS 401: Advanced Project Management Applications II
BUS: 330 Marketing Management

You'll just be missing 3 courses below
BUS 200: Intermediate Business Computing
BUS 244: Management Information Systems
BUS 245: Programming for Managers

Note: You can transfer them any of the above courses from Study.com or another provider, or take them at UMPI to finish everything in 2 sessions.  You can mix the other 6UL or the Management courses and just take a max of 10 at UMPI by transferring in the rest.  It's really up to you to decide on that, you just need to make a choice, if doing 3 extra courses is worth it for two minors added!

Darn! 3 extra courses for two extra minors is sounding kind of nice haha

Very tempting, isn't it? That's what I call ROI/Value... Not only that, you can take courses from Study.com and drop down the requirements to exactly 10 courses if you're afraid of going over a couple of sessions. I would 'wait' for that, just complete your Sophia.org classes first and see.

Note: The UL BUS 330 Marketing Management is just a recommendation, you can take anything outside, say Study.com English 305 - Advanced Technical Writing for an easier UL elective, you can then take Study.com UL Leadership and also UL Advanced Operations Management.

That is the only deviation you should make to drop your UMPI class requirements down to exactly 10. The Study.com would be only $235 for two, plus $70 for the final course, if you finish in 1 month! If you want to switch the courses around, you can, it depends which you think are easier/faster at Study.com and UMPI...

As good as it sounds it wouldn't benefit me as i would just need a bachelors to move up at my workplace. and I don't have the funds to end up having to pay more for schooling. so I just want to concentrate on getting the bls management minor for now. I strictly want to take everything on Sophia to only leave me with 10 classes at umpi. @BJ, unfortunately, ive decided UL "junk" electives. i can pick ANY just as long as its above the 300/400?

can you guys review my plan again please as the last one was deleted. I really want to take the minimum 10 classes at umpi as possible. Right now there are 11 I have to take at umpi. As mentioned I'm already doing bus law 1 at Sophia. Am i able to take 300/400 elective class at sophia to get it transferred in? if yes, which class do you rec? Ive edited it to which school ill be taking what class. can you tell me if my plan works please.

@bvndz, no other courses... but as a workaround, you can take the Project Management at Sophia and transfer it into BUS 141. That will drop your requirements to 10 courses, you still need to take English, History, Political Science, and whatever other courses on the Your Pace system that can be done at the Upper Level and 'easily". I recommend reviewing the awesome writeups members have on each course... History seems to be a hot course load of options because of the instructor...

Jessica's telling you the required 12 credits missing are these (I posted them earlier for your management minor)

She's not saying you can't transfer any of them in, you still need to get those remaining courses in yellow by taking a course or transferring them in...

I took project management on Sophia because it was really easy. Anyways, I’m trying to get that triple minor now. As you mentioned, it makes things confusing if I took that pm class on sophia. Is there still a way I can get triple minor?

If someone can please create and update a roadmap for me for that triple minor it will be gladly appreciated, considering the fact that I took project management on Sophia. Please note I only want to take classes at Sophia and umpi. I also just finished business law 1 and business communications via Sophia.

PS: I don’t mind cancelling or taking off Project management class on Sophia if I can then taking it at umpi if I have no choice or if it makes things easier.
