But I am trying to double minor in anything if I can, political or history whichever is easier and faster! Below I will list the classes that I’ve already taken and from there can you guys please help me on which double minor will be good. I’m even getting desperate that I’m almost ok with just get bls management minor if it comes down to it. And how many classes would I have to take in the UL to achieve that double minor.
SOPHIA
-business communications
-bus law
-intro to it
-pm
UMPI
-operations management
-business analytics
-database management
-change management
-leadership
And the classes I’ve added but haven’t started that I can probably drop are
-bus 400 - pm applications 1
-bus 343 - project risk and cost management
I’m also in the middle of hr management but the teacher is really strict.

I would recommend you focus on the one minor you want (management?) and graduate on your planned schedule/budget. The additional minor(s) are not going to add any real value to your resume. I would also add that you might want to look into a MBA next vs going back to UMPI for a BABA - especially when there are budget friendly options available such as the HAU MBA ($3k). The ROI on the MBA will be much greater than a 2nd bachelor.

*sigh*, you're going all around, you need to follow through with getting one minor completed first... Having said that, you also need to make sure the upper level electives remaining are completed, this can be the second minor in Project Management or MIS, it doesn't matter. I would not go for another minor until your first one is completed...

Ok I’ll do that.
If I’ve completed these classes at umpi, does it fulfill my needs for my core credits for my degree? Cause I think we just needed 12. But I wasn’t sure if the “select one of the following from the list below” counts in the 12.
-Leadership
-hr management
-operations management
-change management

*double sigh* I don't know why you're asking this question when I, Jessica, have informed you what the "core is" on your evaluation. Ask yourself, from the list, what IS done and what ISN'T done, that's your answer... You need to reply back with the courses you're missing, you have at least 5 more classes to go.
Here's the info again, reply with the missing course of the minor... and then enter in the classes you want to take for the other minor or if you want to quickly complete the degree. You can skip the PM or MIS minor, I would skip the History minor as well, just make sure to take enough UL courses, if it can complete a minor, great, if not, leave it for now.
If you're randomly taking courses not in the order I mentioned, you'll be bound to spend a second term. You seriously need to consider following recommendations by Jessica or senior members. Do the Management Minor first until it's complete, work on your remaining Upper Level next, or say hello to a second term.
bjcheung77: If you're looking at your evaluation, you have the following to do at UMPI for the Management minor.
Bus 141 Intro to Project Management w/ Microsoft Projects
Bus 260 Leadership
Bus 321 Human Resource Management
Bus 415 Operations Management
** Take Bus 240 Change Management
Jessica's telling you the required 12 credits missing are these (I posted them earlier for your management minor)
Bus 141 Intro to Project Management w/ Microsoft Projects
Bus 260 Leadership
Bus 321 Human Resource Management
Bus 415 Operations Management
You have taken at UMPI
-operations management
-business analytics
-database management
-change management
-leadership

A withdrawal should not impact your GPA, but contact the school and confirm this. College students withdraw from courses all the time - scheduling conflicts, changes of majors, etc. If you have not started the course you should be able to withdraw (in a CBE platform) - however, if you have started they (UMPI) may have different rules on withdrawing. Don't delay in reaching out to them, as you may have a limited time-frame such requests need to be done by.

Basically... Complete the HR Management course, did you start the BUS 141 Intro to Project Management one yet?
You need it to complete the minor, otherwise, you will not be getting your degree even if you have enough UL.
Remaining UL requirements comes from the UL MIS, PM requirements below
BUS 345: Database Management Systems - COMPLETED
BUS 440: Business Analytics - COMPLETED
BUS 343: Project Risk & Cost Management
BUS 400: Project Management Applications
BUS 401: Advanced Project Management Applications II
So, you only need the three listed here to get the UL requirements complete.
That is all you need to do for the upper level electives on your evaluation.
Having said that, your MIS minor is missing these 3, if you don't have the time for one session, skip them.
You'll just be missing 3 courses below for MIS only
BUS 200: Intermediate Business Computing
BUS 244: Management Information Systems
BUS 245: Programming for Managers

You should have received an email from Cody with the academic calendar in it. The academic calendar has the drop dates listed. You should confirm that withdrawing from a course won't impact your Latin Honors status. Withdrawing from a course does impact Dean's List and Latin Honors at some colleges sadly.

Oh ok yes I know that, I was just asking, if I was just getting the bls management degree with no extra minors that just completing 4 classes in the core is ok. I’ve completed 4 classes in the core but intro pm management isn’t one.

“You must take 30 credits at UMPI, of those 12 credits must be in the minor and of those 9 credits must be at the 300/400 level. “

If I’m just getting my bls management minor.I don’t need to take bus 141 intro to pm management correct? I’d fulfill my core courses with what I’ve already taken?
I’ve taken
-leadership
-hr management
-operations management
-change management
Then I took bus law 1 with Sophia. But I’ll be using this class at my 300/400 in my UL.
