DBA , Have you guys heard of AMU or/and EISAM

Hello everyone, I am an MBA with 11 years of experience I was exploring about DBA and came accross two options which are affordable but I really doubt they are recognised or if it's worth it

Two options

American Management University https://amu.edu.eu/

EISAM (European Institute of Applied Science and Management) which is located in Europe https://eiasm.cz/

Have you guys heard about them and are these worth, both don't seem to be locally recognised in the country but seem to be members of some bodies

There is this American Management University which offers the DBA program but seems to be not locally accredited but is member of some bodies are such places legit to offer DBA site is https://amu.edu.eu/

Thanks , I posted in the other section because it was specific to schools so wasn't sure the right place 

But here is the format

Location , India
Age 35
Already Completed my B. Com and MBA from UGC recognised university so it's accredited and accepted by WES
Currently working with 11 Years experience 
Want to do my DBA more as a personal achievement but don't want to pay a lot too   as professionally it may be just symbolic, DBA is not something that is approved in India , in India its only pHD that is approved

It's not 34K through some tie up they have in India we can do the course for 2500USd

The second one appear lacking Recognition in Europe. The CZ one does not show that has recognition as a University in the country where it is, at least it does not appear on the web. The valid one (the one you want as a minimum level) is the agency of the ministry of education. At least I cannot find it. if somebody can, please show it.
And the American Management University why has a European Web address...is a full continent out of place? Also looks like is in a rented shared office or similar.
Both look like to be in the "not for me" category.

Both of them claim to be members of Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges and Universities (ASIC)

But yeah I agree the first one seems to be not even a university awarding degrees, the amu seems to also have another domain amu.education but anyone can buy a .education domain but again it's showing part of ASIC member

It's some kind of tie up where the Indian institute will do the teaching but the final dissertation will be needed to send to University and and the DBA is awarded

They also have another option of the Horizon University France but that's little expensive have you heard of this one
