Hmm, I believe or I think he actually got the triple degree here, as the credentials are back to back and he only did the thesis... everything else exempted for both UCAM and their Brittany/Vern DBA. I wonder how much he paid for the Triple award... Link: https://www.online-study.hk/en-us/pages/triple-award/

Link: https://www.online-study.hk/en-us/pages/triple-award/ I’m wondering did they grant him advanced standing based on him having a surplus of ECTS with a Masters and a second one in progress. That should definitely lower the tuition. The Brittany/Vern diplomas with the transcripts issued should give a fully recognized/regionally accredited DBA through NACES and AICES evaluators.

That's what I am thinking as well, with the 'extra' recognition from their Brittany & Vern partnerships, this should provide favorable evaluations if a student decides to get this evaluated by NACES or AICE members. I'm still curious what the cost would be for someone who can transfer the max credit into their program...

I think it should be called a non-accredited program of a fully accredited university.
Actually, in many countries in Asia, the practice of obtaining accreditation (AACSB, EQUIS, ....) for the program is not prevalent. If your degree is from a state-accredited/government-approved university, it is okay. Because, unlike the US, the government/MOE here is only the competent accreditor. After obtaining approval from the government, the university is autonomous in granting its own degree and these degrees are legit

Another update
I ask UCAM:
"Once I finish the DBA(titulo propio) I do with Westford, I can still legally call myself a Doctor in Spain?
Is the DBA through Westford accredited by ANECA and RUST?"
This is what UCAM reply me saying
"I just got the confirmation from my colleague that our doctorate is not accredited by ANECA.
On the other hand, you can call yourself Doctor, but only in your specific professional area.
I hope that my answer has helped you."
So from what I understand from the UCAM that I can legally call myself Doctor even from Spain in a non-government related job, non-academic situation.

It seems like UCAM is being very vague on purpose and somewhat disingenuous at the same time. They have confirmed that the degree is NOT accredited (by ANECA) and that you cannot legally call yourself a "Doctor" in Spain in the arenas that actually matter (academic and government). You should take what they say at face value. This is a great program as long as you realize that it not an accredited program in Spain and that it does NOT confer the title of "Doctor" period. That they say that you can "call yourself" Doctor is really silly and probably more of a marketing angle for those international persons who may not care or may not want to utilize this degree to further their career as it would be tough for an evaluator to call this equivalent to an actual accredited US RA degree or otherwise.

This is likely why they have a partnership with Vern and Brittney because those diplomas should give full recognition when evaluated by a NACES or AICE evaluator. I finally recognize that any time we see schools offering dual or triple awards, it signifies that the degree or school overseeing the studies is not fully recognized but the validation partner schools should give better if not full recognition.
This is also identical in setup to ENEB with Isabel I as well as Azteca with UCN. Also, these validation partner universities are not advertised on all of UCAM’s literature so it would be something to inquire about when starting their programs.

@doyouhowdo1, You're putting your focus on Westford and UCAM, it's great you're trying to get to the bottom of this, but the more you go through with it, it's getting clear, UCAM by itself and as a partner with Westford is not all that it is cracked up to be. For that cost, you should put an inquiry into the institution I mentioned, the triple award option, to see if Brittany/Vern partnership would be better.
You can just copy/paste both of your emails to UCAM and send it to online-study.hk and see if they are cheaper than Westford. I would go for it if it's cheaper and has the triple award option as Brittany and Vern are both recognized by their respective country, UCAM is but the program is not nationally recognized. Evaluations will come in more favorably and they may have a better discount too!

Sadly, they don't offer triple Doctorate program anymore. The only problem with Brittany and Vern is that their ranking. When the HR or whatever just have a brief Google search. Then the chance of finding a job will be lower.
My plan is now doing MBA with Cardiff Metropolitan University and at the same time doing DBA with UCAM. Totally, I should able to finish everything within 2.5 years. Then I need to find some university that offer online PHD which allow me to credit the course from CMU and UCAM.

CMU MBA is an option, you're doing their 'top up' option? If the UCAM DBA works for you, that's fine too. Ranking and recognition are different for each person, even though UCAM is higher ranked and more recognized globally but the program is a propio, thus it's not country/nationally recognized, I would go for the Brittany/Vern option as it's accredited and country/nationally recognized.
