Not sure if this is a new development, or I'm just noticing this, but the DANTES pass rates web page has been revised. It no longer includes detailed pass rates, beyond a simple list of military ones. Civilian rates are excluded entirely.
The new infographics they provide are hard to read in-browser, and don't show the number of students that took each exam.

I just noticed it last night. The new format is horrible. I'm getting read to take the Money and Banking DSST and the pass rate for that test isn't on the site anymore, even the military pass rate.

If it helps at all, I have some older ones:
FY17 Civilian (3 quarters only) - 85 passed/124 taken - 69% pass rate
FY17 Military - 58 passed/141 taken - 41% pass rate
FY16 Civilian - 48 passed/83 taken - 58% pass rate
FY16 Military - 23 passed/55 taken - 42% pass rate
FY15 Civilian - not listed
FY15 Military - not listed
Not sure what's going on, but the FY17 had military and civilian on the same spreadsheet but over to the right for each quarter, and then military only on the 4th quarter. No Total for the year for either, I had to add that myself.

The free-clep-prep list is helpful, but it's based on one guy's opinion. The annual pass rates provided a clearer, unbiased picture of difficulty.
In case anyone still needs the old 2017 versions, I'm found them in my 'Downloads' folder. I've attached them here.
