DANTES Management Information Systems Exam

Anyone have taken the exam? Could you please give me any tips about the exam? Your help would be appreciated.

I had previously taken a class that used an MIS textbook and I have 15 years in IT, so the exam was mostly review for me. For final prep, I used the Instacert flashcards and one of the study guides posted in the specific feedback thread.

Hey Andy, thanks for the reply. I am currently in the networking/infrastructure of IT. Do you have any other tips for me, specific things to study more of perhaps?

I didn't take CIS but I did do the Cybersecurity DSST and the Information Systems and Computer Applications CLEP. I just did self study for each of those, reviewing Sec+ material and passed each.

Having said that I used the instacert flashcards for the last two exams I took (Substance Abuse & Business Ethics) and wish I would have used that service for my earlier exams. The flashcards are great and just as valuable if not more is the specific exam feedback forum you gain access to with a membership.
