Can anyone tell me if CSU Production Operamtions Mangement is upper level for ECE? I know I should wait to find out from my advisor but I was just wanting to know if anyone else might know. I am enrolled at Excelsior going for BGB.

Thanks.

Hi Never2late,

The CSU course "MGMT 311 Operations Management" is an upper level course. However, since you are a business major, this course fulfills a CORE requirement and will therefore be transcripted by Excelsior as LOWER level.

If you were not a business major, then the credits would apply as upper level as normal.

Hope that helps,

Yes, it is upper-level credit but it does not count towards your mandatory 12 upper-level credits to graduate and receive your business degree.

Obviously professional credits, not Arts and Sciences, correct? I ask this because I believe TESC will use this as an Arts/science.
