Well there's literal degrees you can get from RA universities on coursera. There's also the Google IT support cert which is worth 12 ACE credits and used for some college programs. Other than that, no not really, unless there's a specific class or partnership through a college you're attending.

To clarify: The Google IT Support certificate is worth 12 credits officially but TESU unfortunately only brings it in as 3 credits. It's a lot of work for just 3 credits, though it can theoretically be done in a month or less so the monetary cost is okay.

Pierpont will give you the 12 credits.

WGU takes it as 3 credits(if you're in an applicable program), and the community college where I did it has it as a 6 credit class. The moral is different colleges will accept it for differing amounts of transfer credits.
