Costs of Enrollment at the Big Three and # of Cleps accepted
#11
Does a nonresident have to pay $825 for EACH three semester hours of CLEP granted granted by Charter Oak? If CLEP amounts for 90 hours of a bachelor's degree, which of the Big 3 is least expensive?

Which of the Big 3 is the easiest from an upper level course perspective? It appears that Charter Oak is the toughest on upper level credits.
63 CLEP Sociology
75 CLEP U.S. History II
63 CLEP College Algebra
70 CLEP Analyzing and Interpreting Literature
68 DSST Technical Writing
72 CLEP U.S. History I
77 CLEP College Mathematics
470 DSST Statistics
53 CLEP College Composition

Well... that depends. COSC is 1400 enrollment, plus $825 each class for non-CT residents. You have to take a Capstone and Cornerstone. But you do have payment plan options so, if paying in smaller chunks is easier, this could help.

Regarding UL, COSC requires 30 total, 15 in your concentration. This could be considered as more difficult, but keep in mind that they're the only one of the big three that still accepts (and encourages) GRE credits.
