I received 2 repeat requests to delete some posts about customer complaints that I certainly am not going to get involved in.  Customer service issues and related issues seem to be fair game here so please move along.

This is by far one of the easiest ways to avoid the responsibilities of moderation I think I have seen in a while. OP requires assistance amending his comments and is disregarded due to category. Must follow the "not my job not my problem philosophy."

Actually the thread title name change was not sent to me as an issue and I never saw the OP’s request until now so I made the change.  As for moderation yours is the first gripe I’ve received in 10+ years.  Sorry to disappoint.

But it still got the job done. Thank you.
