Peterson's test scoring
#1
Hi!
I am new to this forum and have a question. It may be a stupid one, but here it is.
I have been reading on previous posts that to get a score of 50-60 on a Peterson's mock clep test is a good indicator you will pass. Does this mean 50-60% of the questions are answered correctly, or the number of questions answered correctly.

On the test I took I answered 62 (I think) correctly with about 78% correct.
To find the score I got do I look at the number of questions I got correct or the % answered correctly?

Am I making myself clear?

It looks like I will do fine on this one either way, but I would like to know the general rule for future tests.

Thanks

One the practice Peterson test that I just took I got 62 questions right which equaled 78% like you said. I don't know if yours is the same, but mine above the % right it has a row that says Score: 78. This is the number that I always go by. So I would assume that it is the percent correct not the number correct that is your score.

Hope this helps.
