Not a single person is going to lose their birthright citizenship—most likely not even on a temporary basis.

Wow, that’s a remarkably bad video. The guy literally cited Trump’s executive order as the reason why Trump’s executive order is right. He tried to pass it off as being from the Ark decision, but it isn’t. It also is VERY clear that he hasn’t actually read the Ark decision, based on a number of things he says, just the syllabus (the summary).
I agree with you that the YouTube video and the Ark decision didn't make the case for denying birthright citizenship to illegal immigrants or people on temporary visas.
There are some exceptions to the birthright citizenship
- Native Americans born in tribal nations (Indian Citizenship Act of 1924)
- Children of Diplomats
- Children born to enemy forces in hostile occupation
Supreme Court Precedent: United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898)
This case definitively established that the 14th Amendment guarantees birthright citizenship to children born in the U.S., even if their parents are not U.S. citizens.

Hilarious people rush to the defense of the 14th amendment which was created with SLAVERY in mind and not millions of ECONOMIC migrants pouring in unchecked year after year. The anchor baby term is apt. These same people claim that the 2A is outdated and have no idea what "well-regulated" means in 18th century vernacular.

The 14th amendment is pretty explicit and has centuries of case law. The 2nd specifics a well-regulated militia, which when the constitution was written would be equivalent to the National Guard. Is has expanded since then, but there are limitations to ownership that have always existed.

We haven’t done an amnesty since the 80s. I’d like to do one again. Sooo many undocumented people I’ve met in my life were literally brought here as toddlers and grew up here and this is the only home they’ve ever known.
In an amnesty any and all people who are here illegally and been here over X amount of years (5 for example) and can prove they were here, are granted a green card as long as no criminal history. Last time we did this was under Reagan.
I have a family member who became a citizen. It took almost ten years and $70,000 to get her approved. Some can do it for as little as $5k. A lot of people average $10k. My uncle had to pay a fortune because his wife came from a country with little support networks.
