Fourteenth Amendment, Section 1:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

I didn’t like Biden’s overextension of executive orders, and I don’t like Trump’s either.
I believe executive orders should have much tighter limits. These orders shouldn’t have a significant impact on spending, tax collection, or laws that have a major impact on U.S. citizens. When it comes to minor things like renaming the Gulf of Mexico to "Gulf of America," I’m not too concerned. Birthright citizenship is embedded in the 14th Amendment of the Constitution, making it nearly impossible to overturn. Any attempt would likely face a permanent injunction while it drags through the courts and ultimately fails. Not to brag, but if you look at my track record, I’ve been 100% accurate on all these major court cases. ![]()

Mr.Govia discussed NotJoeBiden's very argument in the short video I posted. It will be interesting to see how this works out. Note - The order takes effect 30 days after it was signed. Only after that date will babies born to illegals be denied U.S. Citizenship.

The guy literally cited Trump’s executive order as the reason why Trump’s executive order is right. He tried to pass it off as being from the Ark decision, but it isn’t.
