Sadly, they told me they won't evaluate my transfers because they consider me a student that is only there for the TECEPs and will transfer out. My course transfers are all empty. Just say they received them and from where (ace, other university...)
Also for some reason, I have a very limited selection of which Teceps I can take. They only offer the same 10 teceps each month.
It sounds to me like you picked the wrong choice when you applied to take the TECEPs. You should have been able to apply as a regular student. Non-matriculating/visiting student is a choice no one should make, there are only downsides. You may need to reapply to get this straightened out.

6 UL credits + capstone + required Computer Architecture = 12 out of 18 credits. 6 remaining. I said to take either the DB course at SDC or the SAS certificate as being fastest.
My mistake then. I didn't check to see if Java Programming was worth 6. I miscounted that as 3 credits.

Looks like I got the bad end of the stick when I applied. They had like a gazillion word options that all look the same (as in confusing). There isn't a friendly wiki here that kindly hand holds you like for the Pierpont BOG step by step application. I stumbled a bit as well when I first opened an ASU account but everything there turned out fine in the end.
It would be nice to know if there is a hand holding step by step guide of the exact correct word letter sequence I have to click through to get into the "right" TESU active student status that somehow everyone else seems to know intuitively is the right way that does not involve forking a 400 USD whopper fee.

For someone who wants a TESU degree, you need to apply for a degree program. It never even crossed my mind that someone seeking a degree would apply as a visiting student. I will update the wiki, though.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

That would be helpful. When I first tried to apply, I selected Respiratory Therapy but they wanted a 400 USD application fee and it said a confusing word salad that didn’t have clear bullet points. Just walls and walls of text. Knowing me, I just got frustrated from the excess of unclear options that didn’t exactly apply to doing a TECEP. The non matriculated was the only option that was 52 usd. Naturally, I selected that becaude 52 dollars was the value everyone here stated was the correct application fee.

I literally do not understand how you got there or where you saw the $400 fee. I cannot redirect students away if I do not understand.
It's not listed under https://www.tesu.edu/tuition/fees nor https://www.tesu.edu/tuition/nursing-tuition I don't see it in the AAS Respiratory Care https://tesu.smartcatalogiq.com/current/...tory-care/ nor the BS in Respiratory Care. https://tesu.smartcatalogiq.com/current/...tory-care/
The application page on https://www.tesu.edu/apply tells students exactly how to apply. We have never recommended that students apply for things like Respiratory Care that cannot be completed cheaply/easily without significant prior transfer credit. I'm not even sure if this is an online degree at all. There may be a significant in-person component. I think you're in Mexico (per your Sophia English Comp thread)? I don't even understand why you would select Respiratory Care when there are so many other options that are undoubtedly online. It's not even the first on the list.

In your shoes, I would contact advising and ask them to add a degree program and see if they can convert you to a regular student status without having to reapply. Tell them you are planning to earn a BSBA, or some other degree program we talk about here, even if you don't know which one you want right now. It can be changed at any time.
Don't ask about your transfer credits. It's always best to ask advising for a single thing at a time. If you ask more than one question, they invariably answer only one, and not in a logical fashion. Once you have a degree program on your student account and are no longer a visiting student, the transfer credits should take care of themselves.
Worst case, you have to pay another $52, plus a $50 TECEP, but I bet you can avoid that.

Bringing this back around, so if I have applied and confirmed my acceptance with TESU, I am still not enrolled. At least that is how I understand it. In order to be able to get unlimited transfer evaluations and such, I have to register for a single TECEP but I dont have to take it.
Does that sound accurate?

Correct. You are in applied status. They will evaluate two transcripts, then start holding them. If you register for the 1cr Medical Terminology TECEP, then you will become enrolled for a year and they will evaluate all the transcripts you send in.
