It's hard to say. I would be cautious of Nightingale until they are accredited. You may want to check out with the licensing bodies just to make sure they are approved to take the exams to be fully licensed. Some sites have "incorrect info", we're not the internet police and we are not here to correct them, we're here to help any way we can. If the program is in fact eligible for exam/certification, then by all means, continue. If any doubt does come up, you need a back up plan, see if any DEAC or RA schools will accept them for transfer credit...
