Hello everyone
It's been a few years and I'm starting back to college once again. I just completed advanced Operations management on July 6th got my score and applied for a transcript to be sent to Excelsior inside Study.com log in page. It didn't go through ACE like the old days (can't find a log in page for ACE anymore) it went through something called Credly. Has anyone used this system? how long does it take to show up at your college? Does Study send it direct to Excelsior? the advisor at Excelsior hadn't heard of Credly before. I guess the system has changed and looking for feedback on how your experience may help me to choose study.com for the next class or move on to something else.

You jump up and down, you shake your booty left, you shake your booty right... and you jump out of your camera's sight... Hmm, if I recall correctly, Study.com can send transcripts directly to the Big 3 and more colleges/universities using their own transcript button when you review your list of completed courses. When your course has been graded, just go into "My Courses" and on the right hand side, click the "Request Transcripts". In the institution name, select Excelsior College (you need to type this). And you'll have it sent to Excelsior through Study.com directly...

Credly now provides transcripts for ACE, who stopped doing so back in October. So you need to create an account at Credly.
I think EC takes the Credly transcript, so you don't send it until you're enrolled there (and you don't enroll until the end, because they charge annual enrollment fees of $1100). The advisor won't know, because they aren't the ones that deal with transcripts. That's the registrar's job.

thanks guys, I've been enrolled 6 years haven't done anything in the past two years so I've already met my 12 interior credits needed to get going as life changes fast. Was mostly trying figure out if the Credly was the real deal because they don't have any of my old ACE stuff from 2019 in there even though it was the same email address then as now.

Nope - ACE did not "transfer" your credits to Credly, unfortunately. Don't get us started on the ACE/Acclaim/Credly transfer fiasco. So angering.
Anyway, you need to go back to all of the course providers you had and ask them to put the credits on your Credly transcript. Some will not, unfortunately (The Institutes for instance). But hopefully you didn't take anything from Ed4Credit or another now-defunct course provider (I did, but luckily I had already sent it into TESU and graduated prior to this).

Wait, are you paying enrolment fees to Excelsior? I would only transfer things to Excelsior if you're on the final leg of the journey. Do you have your degree plan and remaining courses handy in an evaluation? It maybe best to copy/paste an evaluation and we can recommend you the best course of action. Don't waste extra energy/money/time on enrolment fees unless it's really needed. I would shoot off any and all your credits quickly to get evaluated and work on the remaining requirements...

I enrolled as associate POAG member in 2013 and took 12 credits (financial aid and scholarships paid for it all) in the seat at Excelsior so I don't pay enrollment fees at all. I get a discount per credit hour of $70 and I'm working on taking external credits to finish up the degree in about seven months including the capstone also paid for by a scholarship if I can get my credits banked fast enough. Have to get permission from the Dean to take the capstone without one of my gen eds finished as the money runs out in June 2022. Working on getting statistics done right now. Hope to get that done in the next four weeks then onto a in seat Finance class locally that meets my associates degree locally and Excelsior so I've got a plan just not enough time to get it in action so wanted to know how long it took Study.com / ACE / Credly to get the transcript moving. I've already had my ACE stuff sent into Excelsior I just may need it for a second degree in the future.
