I work full time. But I spent all my off time and weekend time working on UMPI classes.
I often would continue working on assignments at work if I had any down time.
On work days I'd say I spent 4-5 hours on assignments.
On weekends probably 12-13 hours each day, Sat / Sun.

I'm not the guy who did 20 classes, but, I have completed 10 halfway through a term, and have two more drafts in review, so our pace seems kind of close. I will say that it helps to have a lot of knowledge and prior experience with these classes. Somebody mentioned the .ppt, essay and video recording for BUS 469. For me, the .ppt and video were easy because I have done that type of thing countless times for work. I didn't even practice or write a script for the video. The essay took longer.

I'm going to be honest, with the reading assignments and videos, I spend very very very little time on those unless I need to review them when I reach a milestone or final, then I will go back and look closer at them.

I do the milestones as fast as I think I can and get at least a 3 on it. I would like to get 4s on milestones but I don't put a lot of time into trying to do that. I focus my attention on the FA. I am not saying that's how everybody should do it, but that is how I do it, and it is a big part of the pace.

The slowest classes for me have not necessarily been the ones that most people worry about. BUS 200 took me a while, because I had little prior experience creating brochures in MS Word (and honestly, I don't think a lot of businesses will ask anybody to make brochures in MS Word, but maybe I'm in a bubble and a lot of businesses do exactly that). MAT 140 of all things took me a while, because it was the first class I took at UMPI and I was still getting used to the format.

I'm about to finish up my TESU BA soon and got accepted to do my BABA at UMPI. I still have a bunch of the SDC to finish for the BABA. Would it be recommended for me to actually skip SDC to complete them at UMPI for grades RA credit? Would it be easier/faster?

This question has come up a few times lately. My opinion is:

If you have time before the UMPI session starts, it would be a good use of that time to complete as many UMPI requirements as possible via Sophia, SDC or other options. The fewer requirements you have left when you arrive at UMPI, the less risk and the more flexibility you will have. So, if you start at UMPI in September, you have about a month, and I would suggest taking advantage of that.

To me, Goal 1 would be getting my UMPI requirements down to 10. Goal 2 would be getting it even lower. You will still need 10 classes for residency, but if you have fewer than 10 requirements, you will have more options for which UMPI classes to take, potentially making it easier to get a minor, or to take the fastest UMPI electives possible, whatever your goals are.

Having said that, without such considerations, I would rather take a UMPI class than a SDC class. I find SDC classes extremely tedious. Which is faster will depend on your motivation and habits. I think they theoretically take about the same amount of time, but in practice, UMPI is faster for me because it doesn't bore me to death and make me procrastinate.

Sophia is super fast. I would definitely max out Sophia credits.

Just my opinion. Good luck!

You must complete a minimum of 10 courses at UMPI. Your signature says you're looking at med school in the future. You need grades to build your GPA. ACE credits will not give you grades or a GPA. Because you already have a bachelor's degree, you'll be waived from the GEC. You will only need to complete the major courses including the concentration. I would not take anymore classes outside of UMPI because you need grades for med school.
