We don't know exactly, but we can get a pretty close guess of what is needed to pass.

For some CLEP exams, you only need to correctly answer around 50% of the questions to pass.

Do you know how colleges usually handle the GPA in as far as CLEPS? I did CLEP for Eng Comp 1, and passed, and got full credit (3) but I never figured out how it impacted my GPA because I have a lot of credits in the mix. I'm trying to maintain my honors. If testing doesn't affect GPA then maybe it's a better idea for me to test more?

CLEP exams (and other pass/fail exams) generally have 0 impact on GPA. If you need a GPA for a future grad school, it's best to take inexpensive graded classes rather than pass/fail exams.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

No impact to your GPA, either good or bad - they just don't compute those credits in.
