For those of you that have access to a TESC planner, could you tell me how the following would work out?
New categories and course examples to meet those categories: General Education Courses
New list of BA-Communications requirements: Thomas Edison State College: Communications
For the "Electives in Intellectual and Practical Skills" requirements, obviously the DSST Intro to Computing test would suffice for 3 hours. Other courses such as Public Speaking, Technical Writing, News Reporting, and Communications categories would be applied to the Communications electives - would they fulfill the Intellectual & Practical Skills requirement at the same time? (Does it count twice towards the requirements, fulfilling both - but only once in # of hours towards the 120 total?)
For the Personal and Social Responsibility category, Sociology fulfills the Diversity/Global Literacy requirement. But for Responsible Ethical Leadership and Other Ethics or Diversity Course - what satisfies those requirements other than the obvious "Ethics in America" or "Business Ethics" type courses?
Thanks!
