No-cost introductory course offered spring 2025
The following four-credit course will be offered this spring at no cost to students, with tuition and fees funded by the Grow Your Own Teacher grant.

Technically, 2.66 semester hours as their other 1 credit freebie is just .66 semester hours
If credits were earned on a quarter system, the following conversion applies:
2 quarter hours = 1.33 semester hours
3 quarter hours = 2 semester hours
4 quarter hours = 2.66 semester hours
5 quarter hours = 3.33 semester hours

Does your nation matain a consulate in New York State? (most do)
"Most" nations will allow consulate mailing address use by citizens.... this may be a path for you ... Example: Canada allows this
