A company has the right to hire who the hell they want. If they want a white guy, black guy, woman whatever.

I dont see the big deal. They're paying the salaries.

In the U.S., you don't have that right. If you refuse to comply with federal laws, you will be fined, and the courts will oversee your hiring practices. One would have to understand the Jim Crow era to understand why these laws exist. If these laws didn't exist, your dream of coming to the U.S. and landing a high-paying job would remain a dream because you're black. Additionally, you wouldn't be allowed to attend most American colleges if it weren't for a Supreme Court decision. Your only options would be HBCUs.

I don't know why one person keeps on bringing up China when Cynet Systems is not in China.
