Chemistry with Lab, Biology with Lab, Precalculus, and Calculus in 2 months?
#1
From August 22 to October 13 I will be enrolled in an advanced writing class (upper level) and Asian history class (lower level). During that same time I am torn between enrolling in Organizational Behavior, Physics II Lab, and Trig at Excelsior or trying to take Chem Lab, Biology with Lab, Precalculus and calc I at Straighterline.

I've heard biology with lab can be done in 8 days.
But I have no idea about chem lab. Can it be done and passed without the chemistry course?

And I have found little info about precalculus.

I've heard calculus 1 can be done in a month if a person commits 4-5 hours a day.

Any tips on which way to go?

I'm currently taking SL BIO 101L.

*IF* you already have a college level grasp of biology, you could get 90% done in a day. There is one lab where you grow radish seeds in three different mediums, and record the growth for seven days.

I don't know an allele from a gene, so I have expended several hours over the last 45 days trying to unravel it. Some of the directions are not clear to me. Also, you can either buy the official ($90-ish) kit, or buy parts on eBay like I did (so far, no repercussions).

There are many on here who represent that Straighterline is cheez whiz easy to pass. I have not found this to be the case. IF you are motivated, IF you stick to it, IF you already have mastery of the topics and IF you follow the tips on here, I suppose it can be that simple and easy.

With respect to math, the consensus here is to set up an account at Aleks and do it there. I have no personal experience there.
